Just so you know, I got my first client referral from my web site. An agent in Arizona was looking for vacation property in Kitsap County, and found my web site through her search. She flew up yesterday with her husband, and is purchasing a $350K waterfront property near Quilcene. Sweet, huh? That’ll pay for start-up.
